Business idea

To buy properties in poor condition in small suburbia towns, to renovate and rebuild into apartments and aparthotels. The renovations are done in a way that interact with each property’s unique character to create a cozy atmosphere, and at the same time increase the value of the property.

The target group is people who need to rent an apartment for a longer period. For people who will work in a new location, for companies that need housing for staff working in temporary projects or assignments.

The apartments will be furnished and built in a homely way so our customers feel comfortable.

Projects

135 Skipton Rd, Keighley

Our first project is a property in Keighley which has been an empty office property. It has been renovated and rebuilt into 7 apartments.

The Project was completed in 2023 and the business is now in operation. There have been some issues with the management team, but we have made some adjustments in the spring of 2024 and can now see improved business.
